Step-by-Step Booking Process
All appointments are released at specific times (usually 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on the region). You must pay the fee online to secure a slot.

Login & Pay
After submitting your form, click "Pay and Schedule Appointment". Choose online payment via Card/Netbanking/UPI.

Select PSK/POPSK
You will see a list of nearby Passport Seva Kendras (PSK) and Post Office PSKs. Select the one with the earliest available date.

Confirm Slot
Enter the CAPTCHA and click "Book Appointment". You will receive an SMS with appointment details.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Rules
⚠️ limit: 2 Times Only
You can reschedule your appointment only 2 times/year from the first appointment date. If you miss it or cancel more than twice, you will forfeit the fee and must pay again.
Checklist: What to Carry to PSK?
Mandatory
- Application Receipt (SMS is enough)
- Original Documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Marksheet)
- Photocopies (Self-attested, 2 sets)
For Tatkaal
In addition to the above:
- 3 Original Photo ID Proofs
- Standard Affidavit (Annexure E)
